When Can I Book?
The following timeline is based on cabin availability. If the event sells out during the presale, guests with active assigned early booking times will have priority access to First Available Cabins as they become available.
If you're booked to sail with us in 2025 (including Alaska):
2025 Booked Cruisers will be automatically assigned a 2026 early booking time* and may complete their KTBA at Sea 2026 reservations from January 23-27, 2025.
If you've sailed with KTBA previously (but are not currently booked for 2025):
Cruisers not booked to sail in 2025 must register for the presale to receive an early booking time* and will get their assigned time via email (on January 27th).
The deadline to join the KTBA at Sea 2026 presale group is 11:59 pm ET on January 26, 2025.
Once the full presale ends, the general public can book, at 4pm ET on February 11, 2025.
Being a part of the presale does not guarantee that staterooms will be left for purchase when it’s your time to book. If the ship fills up, we’ll offer the First Available Program.

* An Earliest Booking Time (EBT) is assigned to everyone participating in the presale. At or after your booking time, go to bluesaliveatsea.com. Once you sign in, your time will be verified and you'll be able to begin the booking process. You can also book over the phone at 877-379-9170. Booking times are non-transferable. Only one stateroom can be booked per booking time.
